On Top of the World is one of Ocala's largest 55+ communities, stretching along SR 200 in southwest Ocala. It runs from the original condo and villa neighborhoods to newer areas like Candler Hills and Indigo East.
Exterior care depends on where you live in OTOW. In some condo and villa neighborhoods the association handles parts of the exterior. In single-family neighborhoods the whole house is on you. What we see most here
- Lanai and screen enclosures. Pollen and mildew collect on screen frames, lanai floors, and pool cages.
