You choose the services and how often we come. We schedule the visits, show up on rhythm, and price the whole plan with a built-in program discount. No locked multi-year contract — just a clear schedule that keeps your exterior looking cared for.
Recurring window cleaning
Recurring window cleaning is one of our most requested program add-ons. Many Ocala and Marion County homes book twice a year (after peak pollen, then mid/late year). Hard-water or irrigation-heavy homes often prefer a steadier cadence. Interior, exterior, or both — we set it with you.
On a maintenance program, recurring window visits are discounted as part of the plan — not priced like surprise one-offs.
Build your own mix
Mix and match what your property needs. Common building blocks:
- Recurring window cleaning — 1–2× per year (or more for hard-water homes)
- Gutter cleaning — typically twice a year, and before heavy storm weeks
- House soft wash — usually annual; sooner on shaded walls
- Roof soft wash — when black streaks return
- Driveway / concrete — as film builds; ask about 50% off with an eligible house wash
- Paver clean & seal — when color fades or joint sand washes out

A popular customizable setup is two visits a year — spring and fall — with exterior windows and gutters on each trip, plus a full house soft wash whenever algae comes back. Maintenance programs include discounted pricing versus booking the same visits one at a time. Ask for your program rate when you request a quote — we will spell out the savings clearly.
