- Close windows tightly — a good seal keeps rinse water where it belongs.
- Park vehicles off the work area so we have clear access to driveways, walks, and siding.
- Note delicate items near the zone — favorite plants, fixtures, décor — we'll take extra care.
- Keep pets inside and comfortable during the visit.
- Gate codes / HOA access — share codes for SummerGlen, Stone Creek, OTOW, Oak Run, Heath Brook, and similar communities.
- Pause irrigation for a few hours so sprinklers don't hit freshly cleaned glass.
For interior window cleaning
- Clear windowsills of valuables, décor, and electronics.
- Tilt or raise blinds and curtains so glass is fully accessible.
- Move furniture a step back if it sits tight against the windows.
- Give pets a comfortable spot in another room while we work.
Do you need to be home?
